Buffalo Run Commercial Investors LLC purchased 13.79 acres at East 120th Avenue and Chambers Road in Commerce City for $2.1 million from Buffalo Run Village Center Partners LLC. Rick Egitto and Sam Crowe represented the seller.

Radcliff Enterprises LLC leased 2,538 square feet at 1278 S. Abilene St. in Aurora. Joella Rodarte represented the landlord.

G4 Inc. dba RedLine Athletics leased 8,400 square feet at 15690 Parkerhouse Rd. in Aurora. Dawn McCombs and Thomas Bannigan represented the tenant.

Dominion Water and Sanitation District leased 1,652 square feet at 9250 E. Costilla Ave. in Greenwood Village. Alec Wynne, Louis Lazo and Logan Clark represented the landlord.

ColRich Multifamily purchased the 272-unit The Park at Canyon Ridge apartment community at 9757 E. Colorado Ave. in Denver for $44.9 million from Jackson Square Properties. Jordan Robbins, Jeff Haag and Anna Stevens were among those representing the seller.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Q4 Denver LLC purchased 7276 W. Mansfield Ave. in Lakewood for $1.38 million from Jordan Center LLC. Brad Gilpin represented the buyer.

Box Cars LLC leased 402 square feet at 12500 W. 8th Ave. #207 in Arvada. Stephen Miller represented both sides.
