Adam Riddle and Jason Koch co-founded Nexus Commercial Realty, a multifamily real estate firm. Riddle and Koch both worked as vice presidents of sales at Unique Apartment Group.

Riddle is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Koch graduated from Wake Forest University.

Colorado Lending Source, a nonprofit that finances small businesses, promoted company veterans China Califf as COO and Karol Jones as CFO.

China Califf has worked at Colorado Lending Source for 13 years in the marketing department. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder.

Karol Jones has worked at Colorado Lending Source for 14 years in the loan department. She got an MBA at the University of Denver.

AT&T promoted Leah Scheel to director of sales for Colorado operations. Scheel has worked at AT&T for 10 years. She was previously the director of sales operations in Atlanta and got her MBA from Syracuse University.
