Denver-based private equity fund KSL Capital Partners recently raised $283 million.

Colorado startups hauled in $30.5 million in July, according to the monthly BusinessDen tally.

Companies and startups that raised funds last month included Somalogic, a Boulder biotech firm that $163 million, and Tactac, a Boulder shopping app that raised $300,000. GeoVisual Analytics, a Boulder startup providing artificial intelligence for farmers, raised $420,000.
