After topping monthly home sales a year ago, a home near Cherry Creek has hit the market again for $5.45 million.

Comprising 9,330 square feet, the sprawling mansion at 32 Polo Club Circle rests on 1 acre a mile south of the Cherry Creek Shopping Center.

The property hit the market Monday and is being listed by Josh and Linda Behr of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.

Property records show Polo Club LLC purchased the home last August for $5.3 million, topping metro area residential sales that month. The seller was Kent Veio, a Denver lawyer, who purchased the property in 2013 for $2.5 million.

Polo Club LLC traces back to Jill and Ryan Ahrens, co-founders of film production company Argent Pictures. Based in Los Angeles and Denver, the company’s projects listed on its website include “Hacksaw Ridge,” “The Birth of a Nation” and “Chasing Coral,” a documentary about the ocean’s changing coral reefs.

According to Arapahoe County property records, Ryan Ahrens also owns another home currently on the market for $9.5 million. The 10,000-square-foot mansion at 3 Countryside Lane in Cherry Hills was listed in January.
