Denver Cross, LP bought 69,350 square feet of industrial space at 485 E. 52nd Ave. in Denver from TC Crossroads #6, LLC for $7.2 million. Michael Wafer, Timothy D’Angelo and MIke Wafer, Jr. represented the seller.

Education 1983, LLC bought 6,423-square-feet of office space at 1547 Gaylord St. in Denver from B&E Holdings, LLC for $940,000. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the buyer.

BirdEye, Inc. leased 10,376 square feet of office space at 7979 E. Tufts Ave. in Denver. Jamie Gard and Courtney Hasson represented the landlord.

Kompound Youth Foundation Inc. leased 3,805 square feet of industrial space at 4422 Cherokee St. in Denver. Russell Gruber and Steven Fletcher represented the landlord.

Journal Technologies, Inc. leased 9,770 square feet of office space at 9540 E. Maroon Circle in Englewood. Nathan Johnson represented the tenant.

Wagner Wealth Management, LLC expanded 4,816 square feet at 210 University Boulevard in Denver. Nathan Johnson and Peter Staab represented the landlord.

Apria Healthcare Group, Inc. subleased 15,000 square feet at 8051 E. Maplewood Ave. in Greenwood Village. Peter Staab, Jim McGrath and Tom Pappas represented the landlord.
