Denver Beer Co. turns on taps in Arvada

Olde Town Arvada just met the new kid on the block.

Denver Beer Co. will open the doors to its 4,300-square-foot Arvada outpost on Saturday.

Founders Charlie Berger and Patrick Crawford brought in a full time brewer, as well as 10 new bartenders. Denver Beer Co. has the capacity to brew 1,000 barrels a year in its Arvada spot.

The brewery has a 15 year lease at the new spot, located on 5768 Olde Wadsworth Blvd.

  1. Welcome to Arvada. Some people after to many brews may want a new water pump or a good deal on a used car. I grew up 3 blocks away and delivered papers to Craig-Frederick Chevrolet. I can’t remember when the named changed, but that building was always Craig Frederick. Just wanted to make sure you got the history right. I wouldn’t change the paint on the front, just see how many people may comment. Looking forward to stopping in and enjoying a pint.
