Transwestern reports the following deals:

GTT Communications, Inc. leased 4,368 square feet of office space at 5555 DTC Parkway in Greenwood Village.  Karen Clarke, Amber Strang and Randy Garrett represented the tenant.

Hearing Care Solutions leased 8,701 square feet of office space at 5889 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard in Greenwood Village.  Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Chase Place Residences LTD bought 7,200 square feet of industrial space at 4444 Garfield St. in Denver from Luis Herrera for $700,000. Alfonso Avila represented the seller.

North Shore Properties, LLC bought 5,840 square feet of industrial space at 6440 E. 50th Ave. in Commerce City from Helen Elaine Senter Trust for $600,000. Greg Knott represented the seller.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. leased 1,619 square feet of office space at 10375 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree from PEPF ParkRidge Four, LLC. Jim McGrath and Tom Pappas represented the tenant; Nathan Johnson and Jamie Gard represented the landlord.

Homeowners Financial Group USA, LLC leased 2,203 square feet of office space at 12110 N. Pecos St. in Denver from Mililani Investments Arapahoe, LLC. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the tenant.

Orbis Education Services, LLC leased 3,816 square feet of office space at 9380 Station St. in Lone Tree from Lincoln Station Phase One, LLC. Jamie Gard and Courtney Hasson represented the landlord.

The Visual Edge Signs & Design, Inc. leased 3,252 square feet of industrial space at 6665 S. Kenton St. in Centennial from Arapahoe Service Center, LLC. Billy Woodward represented the landlord.

Rocky Cres RVB, LLC bought 28 acres at 10600 Havana St. in Commerce City from Robert Derr, William Gruenewald and Derr Family Limited Partnership for $3.1 million. Russell Gruber represented the buyer.

Dorado, LLC leased 9,239 square feet of retail space at 3181 W. Alameda Ave. in Denver. Joella Rodarte represented tenant.

Salus Homecare leased 1,829 square feet of office space at 3600 S. Yosemite St. in Denver. Logan Clark, Lowrey Burnett and Alec Wynne represented the tenant.

Ludvik Electric Co. leased 29,653 square feet of industrial space at 14101 E. 33rd Place in Aurora. Dawn McCombs and Thomas Bannigan represented the tenant.

Kerr Panel Manufacturing, LLC subleased 20,000 square feet at 6125 E. 56th Ave. in Commerce City. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the tenant.

JLL reports the following deal:

Thrive expanded to 11,618 square feet at 1875 Lawrence St. in Denver. Andy Ross, Jamie Roupp, Michael Crane and Sarajane Goodfellow handled the transaction.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Prentice 15, LLC bought a 15-unit multifamily property at 551 W. Prentice Ave. in Littleton from Prentice Ave Apartments, LLC for $2.1 million. Eric Veith represented both sides of the transaction.

IH Holdings Ten LLC bought a 26-unit apartment building at 1995 Del Mar Parkway in Aurora from Whistler I LLC and Thomas LLC for $2.7 million. Josh Newell and Barton Thompson represented both sides of the transaction.
