Stone Pine Accounting Services, LLC renewed and extended a lease for a total of 44,656 square feet of office space at 4643 South Ulster St. in Denver. Jeffrey Castleton represented the tenant.

Builders Insulation of Oregon, LLC leased 29,277 square feet of industrial space at 4301 Broadway in Denver. Mike Wafer, Jr. represented the tenant.

Engrain, Inc. leased 10,453 square feet of office space at 5660 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard in Greenwood Village. Matthew Davidson, Andrew Blaustein and Josh Pons represented the tenant. Jamie Gard and Courtney Hasson represented the landlord, SB/Steelwave Triad, LLC.

Aspen Group Ltd. leased 2,138 square feet of industrial space at 14 Inverness Drive East in Englewood. Keith Bell and Billy Woodward represented the landlord, 14 Inverness Property, LLC.

API Investments, LLC bought 4.85 acres at 4420 West 58th Ave. in Arvada from Owens Family Limited Partnership, LLLP for $889,000. Michael Wafer and Timothy D’Angelo represented the seller.

6583 S Parker Road Properties, LLC purchased 7,734 square feet of retail space at 6583 S. Parker Road in Centennial from Arapark Vi, LLC for $4 million. Chris Saros represented the buyer.

Canwest, LLC purchased 16,784 square feet of industrial space at 3030-3034 N. Downing St. in Denver from The Matthews Center, LLC for $1.85 million. Eric Roth of CBRE represented the buyer. Paul Isenberg and Max Scholl of Dunton represented the seller.

Columbine Federal Credit Union leased 1,240 square feet of retail space in the Shops at Crown Point at Parker. Bob Bramble and Charles Nusbaum handled the transaction.

Nail Salon leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Shops at Crown Point in Parker. Bob Bramble and Charles Nusbaum handled the transaction.

ATG Holdings purchased 4,500 square feet of retail space at 5225-5229 Leetsdale Drive in Denver from JerryLou Properties, LLC for $1.33 million. Rich Otterstetter and Scott Steputis represented the seller.
