JLL reports the following deals:

Denver Scholarship Foundation leased 7,586 square feet of office space at 789 Sherman St. in Denver. Andrew Cullen and Barry Dorfman handled lease negotiations.

13th Floor Holdings, LLC leased 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 3400 E. 52nd Ave. in Denver. Carmon Hicks, Dominic Diorio, Tyler Reed, Jason White, Mitchell Zatz and Peter Beugg handled lease negotiations.

BB&T leased 5,392 square feet at 1875 Lawrence St. in Denver. Andy Ross, Jamie Roupp, Michael Crane and Sarajane Goodfellow handled lease negotiations.

QED/Sonepar leased 58,185 square feet of industrial space at 701 Osage St. in Denver. Carmon Hicks, Dominic Diorio, Tyler Reed, Mitchell Zatz and Peter Beugg handled lease negotiations.

Streffco leased 3,010 square feet at 1875 Lawrence St. in Denver. Andy Ross, Jamie Roupp, Michael Crane and Sarajane Goodfellow handled lease negotiations.

State of Colorado leased 10,208 square feet at 6303 Wadsworth Bypass in Arvada. Eric Carlbom, Kurt Liss and Patrick Bolick handled lease negotiations.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Rocky Mountain Gastroenterology leased 4,890 square feet of office space at 355 Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Eric Shaw and Greg Titus represented the landlord.

Calvin D. Marble Family Trust bought a 2,087-square-foot retail building at 14505 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial from Diolife Investment, LLC for $1.8 million. Tom Ethington and Robert Edwards represented the seller.

Axio Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Medical Supplies leased 1,446 square feet of retail space at Parker Point Shopping Center at 7950 E. Mississippi Ave., unit-D in Denver. John Livaditis and Corey Cross represented the landlord.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Gill Foundation leased 9,033 square feet of office space at 1550 Wewatta St. in Denver. Matthew Davidson, Andrew Blaustein and Josh Pons represented the tenant.

JND Holdings, LLC leased 8,052 square feet of office space at 10170 Church Ranch Way in Denver. Matthew Davidson, Andrew Blaustein and Josh Pons represented the tenant.

Interstate Group, LLc leased 7,769 square feet of industrial space at 3010 Nome St. in Aurora. Michael Wafer and Bruce Mawhinney represented the landlord.

TX-Morrow Construction, Inc. leased 1,401 square feet of office space at 7375 W. 52nd Ave. in Arvada. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the landlord.

Three Ring Management, LLC leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 3400 Blake St. in Denver. Frank Griffin represented the landlord.

Bayswater Management Co., LP bought 13,355 square feet of office space at 730 17th St. in Denver from Boulevard Investors, LLC for $2.26 million. Thomas Lee, Jonathan Tilton and Mary Boyle represented the seller.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Revesco (USA) Properties LLLP bought 14,000 square feet of retail and industrial space at 1235 S. Broadway in Denver from Mrs. Penn, LLC for $1.35 million. Sam Leger, Tim Finholm and Mike DeSantis represented the seller.

NS, Inc. bought 1,000 square feet of office space at 111 Madison St. in Denver from Madison P2, LLC for $1.575 million. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the buyer and the seller.

Ismael Saavedra, Victor Garcia and Laura M Garcia bought 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 5275 Adams St. in Denver from 52nd & Cook, LLLP for $495,000. Sam Leger, Tim Finholm and Carlos Valencia represented the seller.

    Another flipping bank…! seriously. So we can make more room we need to get rid of some banks, Starbucks, church’s. No we keep taking out tree’s and green grass to but another structure up. THIS IS SOOOO SAD!
