Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Le Baron Apartments, LLC bought a 17-unit apartment building at 11948 E. 17th Ave. in Aurora from Old Nate, LLC for $1.75 million. Scott Fetter represented the buyer and the seller.

Greyhound, LLC bought a five-unit apartment building at 917 E. 13th Ave. in Denver from 917 E. 13th Ave. Apts, LLC for $825,000. Jules Hochman and Justin Brockman represented the buyer and the seller.

Doug Bryan bought an eight-unit apartment building at 1622 Alton St. in Aurora from Andrew N. and Regula Parris for $675,000. Eric Veith and Joe Hornstein represented the buyer.

BH Northglenn, LLC bought 3.48 acres of land 12185 Claude Court in Northglenn from Claude CT 1-40, LLC for $1.5 million. Billy Riesing represented the seller.

Shaul Gabbay bought a seven-unit apartment building at 5324 S. Huron St. in Littleton from James P. McGrann and Michael E. Brooks for $1.03 million. Matt Lewallen and Kevin Calame represented the seller.

Triple J Denver Property Logan, LLC and Triple J Property Gaylord, LLC bought a 12-unit apartment building at 21 Logan St. and a 17-unit apartment building at 1335 Gaylord St., both in Denver, from 21 Logan Street LLC and 1335 Gaylord Street, LLC for a combined $5.72 million. Robert Lawson and Jim Knowlton represented the sellers. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the buyers.

Community First Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Blue Moon Digital leased 31,089 square feet of office space at 1512 Larimer St. in Denver. Chris Riedl and Matt Edgar represented the tenant.

Smokin Yard’s BBQ leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at 900 W. First Ave. in Denver. Chris Riedl represented the tenant.

Cherry Creek Benefits leased 7,540 square feet of office space at 9781 S. Meridian Blvd. in Englewood. Matt Edgar and Chris Riedl represented the tenant.

Kalnin Ventures leased 4,830 square feet of office space at 1200 17th St. in Denver. Chris Riedl and Matt Edgar represented the tenant.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deal:

DDIT Texas, LLC and Amherst Capital Partners Colorado, LLC bought a 78,500-square-foot office building at 3609 S. Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood from Wads 3609, LLC for $8.23 million. John Witt and Matt Call represented the buyer.

SVN Denver Commercial reports the following deal:

Colorado Mobile Drug Testing leased 940 square feet of office space at 18300 E. 71st Ave. in Denver. Cobey Wess and Bill Reilly represented the landlord.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Gardens on Paris, LLC bought a 118-unit apartment portfolio on the 1600 block of Paris and Peoria streets in Aurora from Community Enhancement Group 3, LLC for $11.2 million. Unique Apartment Group represented the buyer and the seller.

Nest Home Company, LLC bought 65,000 square feet of land at 2830 Federal Blvd. in Denver from Alan Rutledge and 529 Washington, LLC for $3.7 million. Tim Finholm and Same Leger represented the buyer and the seller.

L1 Investments, LLC bought 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 2760 W. Fifth Ave. in Denver from Vassilios Sirpolaidis & Lynne Sirpolaidis for $350,000. Tim Finholm, Sam Leger and Michael DeSantis represented the buyer and the seller.

Colliers International reports the following deal:

MDA Construction Services, LLC leased 3,000 square feet of warehouse space on 1 acre of fenced yard at 7061 Brighton Road in Commerce City. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the tenant.
