S&Z Realty bought a 326,900-square-foot industrial building at 16456 E. Airport Circle in Aurora from Graebel Warehouse, LLC for $20.1 million. Bradford Pech represented the seller.

Broad Street Realty reports the following deals:

Woof Haus, LLC leased 2,825 square feet of retail space at 1550 S. Broadway in Denver. Zach Cytryn and Forrest Bassett represented the tenant.

Mile High Health Alliance leased 1,156 square feet at 1420 Ogden St. in Denver. Melissa Nochlin, Jeff Massie and Erinn Torres handled lease negotiations.

Dutch Bros. Coffee leased about 400 square feet of drive-thru, retail space at 6501 W. Colfax Ave. Melissa Nochlin, Zach Cytryn and Erinn Torres handled lease negotiations.

Tejon 3069, LLC bought a four-unit apartment building at 5301 S. Delaware St. in Littleton from Ryan Hutchison and Eric Yingling for $850,000. Scott Fetter represented the buyer and the seller.

Geneva Street Apartments, LLC bought a 12-unit apartment building at 1627 Geneva St. in Aurora from Susan Eliot for $1.025 million. Scott Fetter represented the buyer and the seller.

Susan Eliot bought a nine-unit apartment building at 4419 W. Nevada Place in Denver from Nevada Courtyard Apartments, LLC for $1.31 million. Scott Fetter represented the buyer and the seller.

1840 Vine, LLC bought a six-unit apartment building at 1840 Vine St. in Denver from Robert Knapp for $925,000. Joshn Newell and Connor Knutson represented the seller.

James R. Hoy bought a three-unit apartment building at 1210 S. Sherman St. in Denver from Mark and Megan West for $750,000. Jim Knowlton and Chris Knowlton represented the buyer.

Slipstream Properties bought the 175-unit Brix on Belleview apartments at 175 W. Belleview Ave. in Englewood from Avenue North for $25.73 million. Jake Young, Dan Woodward, Dave Potarf and Matt Barnett represented the seller.

BP Lower 48 leased 86,000 square feet of office space at 1700 Platte St. in Denver. Chris Phenicie, Hilary Barnett and Allison Berry represented the landlord.

OxiFresh of Denver Inc. leased 7,798 square feet of office space at One Union Square at 143 Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the tenant.
