Scissors & Scotch leased 3,868 square feet of retail space at 7600 Landmark Way in Greenwood Village. James Huzella represented the tenant.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports the following deals:

DHE, Inc. leased 1,718 square feet of retail space at 9068 Forsstrom Drive in Lone Tree. Carolyn Martinez and Michael Lindemann represented the landlord.

Vendure I, LLC leased 1,390 square feet of retail space at 5302 DTC Blvd. in Greenwood Village. Carolyn Martinez and Michael Lindemann represented the landlord.

Panaderia El Milagro leased 1,280 square feet of retail space at 6451 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood. Michael Quinlan and Frank Griffin represented the landlord.
